Sometimes it’s really tough for us to move on and just forgive someone. Perhaps you need to forgive a family member or a friend, someone from your past, or you may even need to forgive yourself. And that’s ok!
Knowing that you have some forgiving to do is the first step. Forgiveness will lead you to happiness, it will knock out your ego and send you spiralling into love. Are you sick and tired of hearing your ego all of the time? We’ll get to that in a bit! But for now, let’s really look at how we can forgive. Forgiveness is a beautiful thing.

I do this meditation daily before bed to let go of the attachment I have to the things that have been bothering me throughout the day.
